Financial Policies and Registration Information

Payment
Registration Fee: $295/person (includes room, most meals, programming, staffing, seed funds for projects at worksites and/or a donation to the agencies where your group works)

Payment Schedule
To secure your date, please complete and submit your group registration with the minimum number of participants you plan to bring (and are willing to pay for). Once you we receive your registration, we will send you an invoice for a deposit for the number of participants you have registered. This deposit is for half the amount of the registration ($145/person) and is due within two weeks of registering with AYM. By submitting your registration, you are obligating your church to pay the deposit for the number of participants you register. Deposits are non-refundable.

After receiving your registration and deposit, we can begin planning your Mission Immersion!

Final Numbers and payment in full are due 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date with AYM.

All payments are non-refundable

Final Numbers
Your final number of participants for your trip is due 30 days prior to your arrival at AYM. This is the minimum number you will pay for in full, even if the number of participants in your group decreases after that point.

You may increase your number past this date, but we ask that you be as accurate as possible with your final number 30 days out. This allows us to work more effectively with mission sites and to be well prepared for your group’s arrival.

Cancellation Policy
30 days prior and more: If your group or any individual registration in your group must cancel 30 days or more prior to your arrival date, the payments paid prior to cancellation will not be refunded. Any individual registration deposit is transferable to a replacement registration for the original and currently reserved week.

29 days prior and less: If your group or any individual registration in your group must cancel 29 days or less prior to your group arrival date, the payments paid prior to the cancellation will not be refunded and payment in full is due for each registration cancelled

The deposits that are made for an AYM trip by any group are only good for the original and currently reserved week for that group. If you must reschedule your trip, a new deposit and payments are required.
